Together through dialogue and small group circles we will:

  • Explore cycles of development unique to women
  • Draw on and shed light on your personal life story which has brought you to this juncture
  • Understand the archetypal dimensions of yourself and in relationship with others
  • Experience a unique symbols coaching process to identify current and emerging challenges
  • Gain clarity on dealing with barriers that stop you from harnessing your full power
  • Learn tools and practices to support you as you step into the new phase of your life

Leave inspired, refreshed and re-energized

It's time to tune into your uniquely feminine leadership capacity

  • Global citizens -  the complex times we are living through call for continued ways to connect across differences
  • Trailblazers - others are looking to you for guidance and leadership. You may have been playing it safe, but now you are ready to step into your next role
  • Learners - you are looking for new ways of learning and developing yourself, in ways that are proven to have great impact, but often are not included in current development programs
  • Changemakers - you have a sense that there is something more for you to do - be it in your current work context or by starting up a new venture
  • Women leaders for the 21st century - whether student, stay at home mother, working professional, entrepreneur, artist, are leading and being a role model through how you choose to live your life and express your gifts

  • Leadership tools - Proven and practical knowledge and frameworks for a improved level of leadership, inclusive of enhanced strategic, embodied and creative decision-making skills
  • Inner clarity and improved presence - When we stop trying to live our leadership to only meet the expectations of others, we tune into our own inner 'why' and are able to lead with more authentic alignment and impact
  • Deep connections and a network of support - By spending time in the company of other women determined to explore what coming into their own truly means for each of them, you will be able to tap into not only the memories of our time together, but also a very practical network of support
  • A clear vision of the path ahead for you - By reviewing your leadership and life through the powerful process of the Symbols Way you will gain access to reservoirs of your own intuition and wisdom, so as to take action on your intentions when the time is ripe
  • Two follow up individual coaching sessions - To support your implementation of the intentions you discovered during the program and to support you when questions arise
  • Access to discounted individual or group executive coaching plans - Many women find that after attending a CIYO they are ready to invest or ask their organization to invest in an individualized program of coaching. Select CIYO faculty offer discounted coaching plans to CIYO Alumnae as long as they start up to 6 months following completion of a program.
  • Access to the global CIYO Alumnae network - With several hundred CIYO Alumnae throughout the globe, you will have access to a rich network of new contacts for support and advice via dedicated Facebook page and a monthly newsletter

And as a business woman, she is particularly passionate about the role and power of women to support the evolution of global mindsets, social systems and models of economic impact.   More about Dorian
